Our final project of the year focused on the exciting world of 3D modeling. We learned about 3D printing and used Google's excellent SketchUp software to create our own printable models.
The big winner of our 3D modeling contest is Giovani, with his excellent pyramid. Giovani received a plastic print of his pyramid at our final field trip.
Everyone's submissions to the 3D modeling contest were made in Google SketchUp, a free modeling program. Here are the rest of the submissions:
